This show combines the art song recital with the astrology podcast. Together, we search the stars, guided by the poetry and birth charts of two notable Sagittarians: Emily Dickinson and Christina Rossetti.

Concept:
This concept is a celebration of 20th and 21st century song, and includes works by Libby Larsen, Lori Laitman, Lee Hobby, Jake Heggie, Aaron Copland, Andre Previn, and Danika Lorèn. Improvised interludes between songs provide a narration of the cosmic connection between Dickinson and Rossetti, and invite the audience to celebrate the nuances of Sagittarius' fiery season.
This concert involves a minimum of three singers and one pianist. more singers may be involved if requested. This show requires a piano (not an electric keyboard), one microphone with speaker and other electronic
elements that can be customized depending on the venue and situation.
